Tino Tornado

Tino Tornado is the most famous scientist on the planet, though not for reasons to be proud of.  He less-than-intentionally created a rapidly-multiplying horde of giant monsters, in an attempt to clean up one of his previous messes. 

Now he’s building a giant robot to take care of the monsters, but the military isn’t particularly warm on his “swallow a spider to eat the fly” approach to problem-solving.
