UPDATE: Well that took me long enough! I finally finished the extended version of this video, which now has sound effects and is twice as long. I still need to find a better song, though... Oh, and I sincerely apologize for the teaser ending, but adding in that third fight would have made this too big to put up on Newgrounds.

Old Description: WHEW! This isn't totally complete, but after two weeks of working on this thing I just wanted to be able to put some of it up to see. It's only about 30 seconds long, but I've spent more time on this than any Flash animation before it.
Remember those "Spider-Man set in fuedal Japan" drawings I posted about a year ago? Well, here's a bit of that in animated form!
I knew that I wanted to do a Spider-Man animation, and I was actually thinking of remaking my Spider-Boy vs. Toad video. I then started thinking of what I could change to make it more interesting, and my "Spider-Ninja" drawings came to mind. I tried to come up with a counterpart for Toad, but I couldn't think of one that was still recognizable as him. So I opted to use one of Spidey's most famous foes instead: Doc Ock (or "Dakku Aku" in this case).
The backgrounds are rather pixellated because I did them in Photoshop and had to drop the image quality to reduce the file size. It was either that or get rid of them entirely.
The music is from Okami, if anyone's curious. I'm still looking for something to replace it with (something less repeptetive).
I would pay to see this get made into a TV show, because we all need something better then Ultimate Spider-Man the TV series. Say does this incorporate the Japanese TV series with the comics, or was this something different all together?
Is this at all based on Mangaverse Spidey?
With those tentacles, Doc Ock looks like an extra from an x-rated anime movie.
